    Main Purpose of Job

  • To support the Transformation & Change leadership in the design and implementation of the strategic plan and through the effective management of teams.

  • As a senior manager in the Transformation & Change Team you will manage and run the deployment of various Transformation initiatives, these will include but is not limited to:

  • DWW Deployment.

  • Omnia Deployment.

  • Digital Deployment.

  • Small, Non Complex Audit Initiatives.

  • Levvia Deployment.

  • Project Management Deployment.

    Minimum Qualifications

  • Honours BCom Accounting Degree.

    Desired Qualifications

  • Postgraduate qualification (relevant to Service Area / Business Management, etc.)

    Minimum Experience

  • 7 years working experience
    & Registered CA.

    Desired Experience

  • 5 years in a client facing role; 3 of these in a management role.

    Technical competencies

  • Expertise in field with excellent industry and business knowledge.

  • Strong business acumen.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills.

  • Sales and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to manage and execute projects.

  • Demonstrated execution of complex projects to profitable outcomes.

  • Skilled in drafting and presenting client proposals.

  • Excellent report writing skills.

  • Good financial knowledge.
