Job Responsibilities

  • Record and maintain all dispatch documents (such as dispatch log book records and consignment notes)
  • Ensure proper documentation of collection and delivery of goods by appropriate individuals
  • Ensure motorcycle is roadworthy and abide by the required rules for riding motorcycle
    Perform routine maintenance on bikes, such as monitoring fluid levels and replenishing fuel

    Qualification/Experience

  • Relevant Senior High School Certificate or OND is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years on the job experience.
  • Riders card permit required
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
  • Must have good knowledge of Lagos metropolis road networks
  • He or She must reside around Ikeja and it’s environ.

    Job Responsibilities


  • Coordinate activities of sub-contractors, crafts people and operatives at construction sites
  • Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations, ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
  • Agree price of materials making cost-effective solutions and proposals for projects
    Manage, monitor and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect.
  • Liaise with consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project
  • Liaise with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws
  • Communicate with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress
  • Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors

    Job Responsibilities

  • Obtain and assemble data to complete architectural designs. visiting job sites to compile measurements as necessary
  • Draw rough and detailed scale plans for foundations, buildings and structures1 based on preliminary concepts. sketches, engineering calculations. specification sheets and

  • Lay out and plan interior room arrangements for commercial buildings, using Computer- Assisted Drafting (CAD) equipment and software
  • Supervise, coordinate, and inspect the work of draftspersons, technicians, and technologists on construction projects
  • Represent architect on construction site, ensuring builder compliance with design
  • specifications and advising on design corrections, under architect’s supervision
  • Determine procedures arid instructions to be followed, according to design specifications and quantity of required materials

    Qualification / Experience

  • B.Sc Degree, or M.sc degree Architecture, Building Design or equivalent.
  • 5+ years’ experience in Civil Engineering or Project Management role
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Environmental/Industry analysis
  • Relevant professional certifications e.g Nigerian Institution of Civil Engineers (NICE),
  • The Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE).
  • The Nigerian Academy of Engineering is an added advantage

  • Preparation of plant schedules including - Imprest, haulage retirement ship discharge

  • Ensure adequate and timely financial provisions are made every month
  • Active participation in stock take and report variance for the plant

    Preparation of standing charges for authorization
  • Analyzing personnel cost and numbers

    Qualification/ Experience
