Position Summary:

  • This role will be responsible for sustaining customer satisfaction through a high quality of service administration (Back office management: order management, logistics, invoicing) and follow up of all requests linked to Technical Service.

    Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Enter and manage service requests linked to instrumentation into the service management’s software.

  • Manage service requests from quotation to delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Manage invoicing, issue of credit notes and return of goods.

  • Monitor and update the database of installed systems, notably with service or calibration reports.

  • Provide activation codes for calibration to customers.

  • Field Engineer dispatch and case dispatch for all ASP/Distributors.

  • Schedule service meetings with ASP/Distributors for case management.

  • Maintain boot stock of all related parts for the ASP/Distributor.

  • Achieve specific targets/metrics assigned from either a personal or team objective perspective.

  • Ensure good cross service’s communication & interaction.

  • Lead continuous improvement of processes.

  • Follow up of KPI’s for the department and for Access-Care.

    Training Responsibilities: (Required)

  • Complete all assigned and required training satisfactorily and on time.

    Minimum Requirements:

  • High school degree (or equivalent experience) with 1-2 years of relevant work experience
    Qualification or relevant experience (2+) in Logistics, Procurement, Customer Service, Operations Control, Industrial Engineering or Project Management.

  • At least 2 years experience
    in SAP & Customer Relations Management Software.

  • At least 2 years working in admin related environment (either Procurement or Logistics) with customer focus.

  • 2+ years managing contractors/ASP’s preferable.

  • Working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook in a Windows based environment and ability to quickly learn new systems.

  • International trade rules & logistic knowledge (incoterm, custom…).

    Knowledge and skills:

  • Fluent in English & good in all levels of communication.

  • Understands and complies with the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.

  • Demonstrates ability to take initiative, team motivation and innovate where needed.

  • Ability to use independent judgment appropriately while not overstepping chain of command.

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
