Responsibilities

  • Undertake an evaluation of the current cost-recovery, revenue generation and funding model in order to determine its effectiveness, cost-efficiency, cost-recovery, competitiveness and growth potential as well as other key considerations outlined in Section 2.3, within the public sector environment.
  • Review and capture the NSG business model and consider the alignment between the business model and the funding model of the NSG
  • Provide recommendations for modification and improvement of the NSG business and funding model in order to promote sustainability and financial viability of the organization
  • Provide for recommendations on the potential for collaboration, partnerships and other forms of revenue generation to contribute to the NSG funding model

    Requirements

  • At least 12 years' experience in Business analysis, advice and support to organisations in the public or private sector.
  • At least 2 experiences providing advice and support within the education and training sector.
  • At least 2 experiences providing advice and support within the public sector including on cost-recovery modelling.
  • Experience in providing support to the South African public service sector.
  • Preferred Experience in supporting schools of governance or schools of administration in South Africa or in other countries.
