  • The Finance Manager will be responsible for the budget planning and supporting the executive management team by offering insights and financial advice that will allow the team to make the best business decisions for a reputable and leading microfinance institution.

    Job Description

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting

  • Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior company leadership

  • Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions)

  • Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests

  • Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems

  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements

    Candidate Specification

    Experience

  • 8 years

    Education Level

  • Degree

    Qualifications

  • Full ACCA, Degree in Accounting or related field Software

  • Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and accounting software Equipment

    Job related

    Knowledge Of

  • Financial Management in the banking or financial institution

    Skills To

  • Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making

    Ability To

  • Oversee the overall corporate budgeting preparation, management and monitoring processes
