County Government of Meru Oncologist Jobs in Kenya


  • The County Government of Meru wishes to recruit competent, self-driven, experienced and qualified staff to fill the following positions in various departments on a five (5) year contract pursuant to article 176 of the constitution of Kenya and county governments Act No.17 of 2012.

    Oncologist

    Duties and Responsibilities

  • Testing cancerous growth found on the body of the patients

  • Testing and finding out how developed the cancer is and then decide upon the treatment for the patient

  • Keeping the reports and progress of the patient

    Requirements

    For appointment to this grade, an officer must have:-

  • Master’s degree in clinical oncology from a recognized institution

  • Bachelor of /medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (M.B;Ch.B) degree from a recognized institution recognized by Medical Practitioners and Dentist Board.

  • Successfully completed one year (1) internship from a recognized institution

  • Registration license from the Medical Practitioners Board.

  • Computer knowledge.
