Job Details

  • We are a leading insurance brokerage firm which sells insurance products for leading Insurance companies in Zambia.

  • The Company is now looking for young, energetic and ambitious persons to fill the position of Associate Broker.

    Purpose of the Job

  • To oversee, manage and grow his or her respective client portfolio. .

    Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • To scan the insurance market, reach out to existing and prospective clients and sell the insurance products available.

  • To visit already existing clients to facilitate renewal of their policies.

  • To build and maintain business relationships with clients.

  • To discuss and assess clients’ current and future insurance needs.

    Qualification

  • Must possess a full grade twelve certificate with a minimum of five (5) credits.

  • At least (3) years work experience.

  • A degree or an advanced diploma in insurance

    Successful candidates will be required to demonstrate the following personal attributes and skills:

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills

  • Reliability and honesty

  • Excellent time management

  • Strong performance and results’ consciousness
