    Sales Executives - HCV & Passenger Vehicles

    Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular market intelligence to benchmark the division against its competitors in the market.

  • Ensure proper handing over of products to customers upon collection, while demonstrating the use of the various functions in vehicles Segment.

  • Conduct presentations to customers designed to achieve set targets and maximum results from sales opportunities

  • Sales & account development - Generates and grows sales revenue to achieve set targets. Prospects for new customers through visits and follow up on existing customers.

  • Understands customer requirements and fulfills customer needs with products of highest quality to ensure total satisfaction during both, pre and post sales periods.

  • Assists in the preparation and execution of the sales plan, in consultation with the Line Manager, and reviews these plans periodically in order to achieve the budgeted targets.

  • Customer Focus & Service: Build upon Company solid relationships with customers and suppliers to retain customers.

  • Understands customer requirements and delivers products and services of the highest quality thereby setting industry standards, ensuring customer delight and developing a loyal customer base..

    Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge Experience & Key Competencies

  • Relevant University
    Degree/Diploma from a reputable institution.

  • Good understanding of Automotive and Vehicle Sales experience is required.

  • A minimum of three years in a similar role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Sound communication skills, relationship building, result oriented, planning and organizing.

  • Knowledge of MS Office applications and related support systems..
