Responsibilities of this Post:

  • Manage reception area in a professional manner and ensure that all messages are accurate and timeously received by staff.

  • Ability to make customers feel valued and welcomed.

  • Handle calls in an appropriate business manner and direct calls to the correct department.

  • Assist with updating company Telephone directory monthly.

  • Ensure fast and efficient handling of customer complains via e-mails or telephone.

  • Provide fast, friendly, efficient service to customers.

  • Assist with administration duties when required.

  • Handle customers clearly, accurately, and tactfully.

  • Be familiar with the company structure, procedures, and general knowledge to improve customer ability, knowledge, and experience.

    Requirements of this Post:

  • Matric/Grade 12.

  • A minimum of 1-3 years front line experience / Receptionist and Switchboard knowledge.

  • Must be computer literate in MS Office Suite.

  • Reliable and a team player.

  • Excellent Communication skills.

  • High levels of customer service and focus.

  • Proficient business telephone etiquette.
