Responsibilities of this Post:

  • Greet clients and visitors upon arrival.

  • Coordinating office procedures.

  • Carries out duties of filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.

  • Answering phone call, directing phone calls to respective staff and scheduling appointment if any.

  • Reserve conference rooms for meetings.

  • Monitoring stationary levels and ordering office supplies.

  • Organize and maintain office common areas.

    Requirements of this Post:

  • Matric.

  • Two years experience as an Office Assistant.

  • Attention to details.

  • Good Administrative skills.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skill.
