Responsibilities of this Post:

  • Answer and direct all incoming calls to main reception line.

  • Welcome all guests to the office and coordinate with host.

  • Provide administrative support to member(s) of the management team as needed, including calendaring and scheduling management, travel arrangements, and time and expense reports.

  • Maintain general reception area and main conference rooms.

  • Field internal and external general office inquiries.

  • Maintain and order necessary office supplies from appropriate vendors.

  • Process and distribute all incoming mail.

  • Assist as needed with facilities management inquiries for office.

  • Manage internal communications including office updates and newsletters.

  • Implementing policies for a new office.

  • Oversee planning and logistics associated with events and meetings.

    Requirements of this Post:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Two to four years of service experience in the Administration field.

  • Friendly, warm personality.

  • Articulate and polished communication style.

  • Strong organizational skills, detail oriented.

  • Proactive and resourceful.
