Job Brief

Mzizi Court is a Project under Centum Real Estate.

The Sales Lead will be responsible for driving and achieving the the Project Sales and revenue targets

Job Purpose

The Sales lead will be responsible for driving sales for Individual and Institiutional clients in order to achieve the Project revenue objectives.

The succesful candidate will report to the Project Lead (Mzizi Court) and will be responssible for:

Supervising and coordinating the project sales team to achieve set sales targets

Ensuring that all payments on sales are made within scheduled timelines

Coordination of documentation, execution and registration of sales agreements and leases

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (any) and Diploma in Sales & Marketing or real estate management

Strong negotiation & influencing skills

Deep understanding of business strategy and ability to communicate effectively.

Good understanding of Real Estate industry

Effective team leadership and good interpersonal skills.

Good planning and organizational skills

At least 5 years, of which 3 years are in sales
