  • The job holder will be Responsible for tenant and client relations, coordination and management of invoicing, payments, billings, and collections as well as administration of leases, documentation and service charge.

  • The individual will also be responsible for supplier management and payments for the property services department in liaison with the property finance associate and will report to the Property Account Manager.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Creation of accounts and first point of contact for tenants.

  • Lease administration and documentation.

  • Facilitate Britam Branch payments for rentals, utilities.

  • Supplier management for department: contracts and payments.

  • Service Charge and rent billing/invoicing, collection and follow up.

  • Coordinate payments for utilities, insurance and other fees for the department.

  • Administration/procurement/ERP administration.

  • Coordinating property inspections, audits and surveys.

  • Preparation and coordination of property reports and tenant and client statements.

  • Comply with statutory and other relevant regulatory bodies.

  • Adhere to internal and external risk and compliance standards.

  • Delegated Authority; As per the approved delegated authority matrix.

  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

    Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications Required

    Knowledge, experience and qualifications required

  • Bachelors’ Degree in administration, finance, accounting or related field.

  • 3-4 years’ experience in property administration and operations.

    Technical/ Functional Competencies

  • Knowlege of property market and technical functions

  • Excellent Communication skills.

  • Strong organisational and analytical skills.

  • Superior customer service skills.
