Responsibilities

  • Project Manager : As a recruiter , you consider each new mission as a mini- project . The opportunity ultimate to expand your knowledge and your expertise in a clear area functional ! You 'll be in able to manage your job from A to Z in any autonomy. From admission to wage negotiations , you are the person driving. You establish a level of approach that you adapt in function of market work and needs of your internal customers.
  • Creativity : You follow to close the evolution of the market recruitment and try to approach the candidate of so creative . In this way , you rework the application in an offer of employment attractive and you are trying to attract the attention of candidates potentially interesting for your research active of employment .
    If it is necessary to put in up a campaign, we look with the customer and the team to the image of brand employer the measures that we can take .
  • Manager of the parties involved : In both that recruiter , you are the link between your internal customers, your HRPB and your candidate . You become the person designated for the company when there is a need in the recruitment and you can to convince to follow your Plan of Action . This makes the process of recruiting an experience fast and pleasant for our candidate , that which leads to a satisfaction overall.

    Requirements

  • You have a contagious passion for Human Resources.
  • You draw energy from communication at different levels and will work mainly at bpost on missions within Finance, HR, Legal, Audit, Sales, Marketing, ....
  • You like the impact, you are the link throughout the recruitment process.
  • You have a business focus and pull energy from the active search of candidates.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in recruitment and you are familiar with Linkedin , Stepstone , VDAB etc ... but also Twitter, Instagram and Facebook you will find interesting ways to explore.
  • You are Dutch-speaking or French-speaking and have knowledge of the second national language and English.
