equivalent with C+ in languages.
MUST have the following
Shorthand III (Minimum 100wpm)
Typewriting III (50wpm)
Business English III
Office Practice II
Office Management III
Secretarial Duties II
MUST demonstrate knowledge in application of computer packages such as Ms Office (Ms. Word, Excel, Database).
Have Five (5) years minimum Working
MUST have work at least (3) years at the level of Secretary Scale 6 or comparable position.
MUST have good Communication and Public
Supervision and guidance of junior staff
in the office.
Receive telephone calls and customer
Receiving and attending to clients and
Ensuring security of office records,
documents and equipment.
Type from manuscripts.
Take dictation in shorthand and
Operate reprographic (photocopying/
Take charge of documents and files and
able to handle confidential information.
Undertake routine office duties.
Access and utilize online information.
Any other duties that may be assigned by
