The successful candidate will be required:

• To be in charge of the local distribution and transport ensuring that all the control measures put in place are carried out accordingly.

• To verify and monitor vehicle maintenance at interval and submit status report

• To monitor and submit vehicle delivery activity report for on monthly mileage as well as fuel expense.

• To prepare cost of service for vehicle maintenance.

• Vehicle Tracking and Monitoring on Geotab System

• Timely Dispatch of Vehicles and carry out check-ups on vehicles till delivery to destination

• Accurate and Clear Communication on email with respective stake holders (Transporters / Client & Suppliers)

Minimum Qualification

Diploma in Transport & Logistics background; Minimum 2 years relevant work experience; Excellent computer skills (word, excel, PowerPoint, internet) and database management and must be Fluent in English both written and spoken.

He/She will report directly to the Head of Middle Office Land Freight.
