Job Description

OB Summarry:

The job holder will be responsible to Maintain and make available all data collection tools/formats and ensure that the hospital utilize uniform forms for data collection in a consistent manner ,ensure that timely and complete weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual and other health reports are submitted, giving required technical support to departments, Verify the accuracy and consistency of the data collected for all activities, management of Primary health, nutrition, drug and logistic data and information systems ,Safely keep soft and hard copies of records of all health and nutrition information for weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual data Closely monitor the Primary health.

Job Requirements

To be considered for the position, applicants should have either a degree/diploma in the field of Health or in Management Information System (MIS), Information Technology (IT) or Statistics, a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience with records and data management using Health Information System Management Strong computer application skills.

Statistical packages (Excel, STATA, and EpiInfo etc.), high degree of flexibility, initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision, and also good written and spoken English.
