Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage all installation , maintenance activities and track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance

  • Develop maintenance procedures Create and maintenance procedures and ensure implementation

  • Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations

  • Check electrical and hydraulic systems to ensure functionality

  • Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff (custodians, janitors etc.)

  • Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary

  • Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance

  • Manage relationships with contractors and service providers

  • Oversee equipment stock and place orders for new supplies when necessary

  • Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities

  • Ensure all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures.

    Job Requirements

  • Good in analytical skill in problem solving, Energetic, committed, capable to coordinate and manage the duties and responsibilities of graduate in BSC degree in Mechanical Engineering.

    Experience

  • At least 5 years experiences in Technic head in industry preferably in Edible oil Factory
