Being forward-thinking and growing organization, we at Atlas Copco Power Technique Business Area focus on further refinement of our sales operations.

We need innovative professionals to join us in our journey and be an integral part of our growth and success! With this in mind we are currently looking for Vice President Digital Sales Process to join our team.

This role includes, but is not limited to the following activities:

  • Integrate digital market communication and customer satisfaction follow up into a global sales process that proactively supports our customers changing buying behavior and increases the efficiency of our global sales teams.
  • Support the customer centers in becoming efficient in their sales process.
  • Develop our communication strategy and material how we interact with end customers, rental companies and dealers, in a way that leads to better access to relevant information resulting in higher quality interaction and ultimately increased customer satisfaction. Ensure that the marketing communication material (challenger approach) is well integrated into an efficient sales process.
  • Develop an inclusive dealer strategy / program that integrates and ensures dealers are part of our digitalization efforts and see this as unique value creating part of the Atlas Copco offer.
  • Develop and lead the development of our digital front-end and related back-end tools: C4C, CPQ, e-commerce, e-business
    (and its content)
  • Digitalize our “sales to order” process in all entities and centralize/automatize the flow of our digital content.
  • Manage our web team, lead the communication council, and coordinate common activities (exhibitions, web content & campaigns etc)
    Mission

    Experience requirements

    We believe the following would help you to succeed with the mission given:

  • CRM experience.
  • Successful use of sales automation.
  • B2B sales and marketing experience in a customer center.
  • Project management.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Cross-cultural environment in your experience is a plus.

    Knowledge
  • Advanced knowledge of sales process in industrial sector.
  • In depth knowledge of our customer center processes and channels to market will help is prerequisite for achieving the mission.
  • You shall have excellent command of English. Other languages is a great asset.
  • SAP (PC and CC) working experience is an advantage.
  • General command of professional IT knowledge and digital transformation trends

    Educational requirements
  • University degree of information technology / engineering / economics or similar is required

    Personality requirements
  • You are passionate for sales success, truly interested in working in teams and able to inspire for improvements, you can find ways to solve problems, others consider you as “easy to deal with”.
