Job Responsibilities:

The company has a service department which has technicians who repair customers items.

We need someone to head that division.

That means being fully responsible for a department which receives customers items, makes quotations, orders parts, repairs an item and delivers it back to the customer.

You must have worked in a senior managerial position.
