Alternate Doors Marketing & Digital Business Analyst Jobs in Kenya Our Client in the ICT industry is currently looking to hire a Marketing & Digital Business Analyst.
Establishing the contribution that technology can make to business objectives using a range of techniques such as eliciting & documenting requirements with stakeholders, conducting feasibility studies, producing business models, preparing business cases, usability requirements analysis and usability evaluation
Identifying and obtaining agreement on the requirements / features which will be most beneficial to the business. Eliciting requirements, requirements organization, analysis, management and communication
Understanding the overall Enterprise Architecture (focus on marketing, digital technologies & ecosystem) and assess degree of conformance of existing and new business processes.
Experience on working with Route to Market, Trade Marketing and Distribution, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Social, Campaign Management, CRM, analytics, open APIs
Leading analysis for changes and new features/services that deliver enhancements to Marketing traditional Channels as well as Digital Channels encompassing Mobile, eCommerce, Social, SEO, analytics.
Subject Matter Expertise of Marketing Traditional Channels as well as Digital Channels, including technical, market place and customer considerations. Data analytics & insight knowledge
Providing input to and/or assist in ensuring compliance with agreed best practices preparing account plans, budget proposals, resourcing plans and project plans creation and maintenance of IDT strategies
Identifying and raising issues impacting the execution of strategic / operational / project plans
Overseeing implementation of solutions – checking against the initial requirements
Use requirements to drive the design or review of test cases, process change request and manage project’s scope, acceptance, installation and deployment
Develop IDT partners that bring consulting and development skills supporting the digital architecture
Business-facing IDT experience in a global environment, preferably with a degree in an IDT-related discipline
Ability to interpret the business IDT and functional strategies, understand the delivery and operating model, understand digital technologies, techniques, tools as well as the implications actions in one area have on other functions
Experience working as a Digital Business Analyst within a FMCG or digital organization, experienced with Digital Technologies. Including but not limited to eCommerce, Social, Campaign Management, CRM, analytics, open API, SEO, Mobile.
Hands on management with consumer and sales marketing cloud technologies and implementation experience.
Solid experience of working in a Scaled Agile/Agile, process improvement, storytelling and design thinking.
Extensive and substantial practical experience in interpreting business process management, business metrics
Understand the background, issues and implications of company and functional strategic imperatives
Exceptional communication and influencing skills to facilitate, communicate, and deliver stakeholder adoption
