Responsibilities

  • Design recruitment procedures and meet time-to-fill targets. Recruiting both senior and operational capacity roles

  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

  • Develop and implement solid onboarding & off boarding processes and use HR tools to strengthen employee management

  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

  • Enhancing staff performance and supporting employee development

  • Maintaining staff relations and updating policies and practices

  • Overseeing wellness and health initiatives

    Qualifications/Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field

  • Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management.

  • Preferably a strong professional with background in Healthcare industry.

  • At least 3+ years’ solid generalist experience in a busy Human Resources Department.

  • CHRP Certification is an added advantage.

  • Good knowledge of labor laws.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Member of IHRM.
