Job Details

The Job holder is responsible for the following duties

  • Preparation of official correspondences.

  • Attending to incoming communication

  • Manage the office diary, appointments, scheduling meetings

  • Manage files and record management.

  • Receive external and internal visitors and refer them to the relevant offices.

    Qualifications and Experience

  • Must be a holder of 0-level certificate and above

  • Diploma in Secretarial/or Business Management or Office Administration from a recognised institution with a final certificate from a national/ international examining body

  • Proficiency in all computer application

  • At least two years working experience
