The Job holder is responsible for the following duties Preparation of official correspondences.
Attending to incoming communication
Manage the office diary, appointments, scheduling meetings
Manage files and record management.
Receive external and internal visitors and refer them to the relevant offices.
Qualifications and Experience
Must be a holder of 0-level certificate and above
Diploma in Secretarial/or Business Management or Office Administration from a recognised institution with a final certificate from a national/ international examining body
Proficiency in all computer application
At least two years working experience
