    At ActionAid International we are now looking for an experienced Systems Manager with a degree in computer science.     The ideal candidate will have a proven background in current technologies and be capable of leveraging this to benefit the organisations Fundraising activities and collaborating with internal stakeholders including Business and Technology teams to deliver continual improvements to the Federations core fundraising systems and processes.

    Your role will oversee the management of the technology and tools adopted in our innovative transformation of Fundraising business solutions including digital platforms, mobile technology, hardware and infrastructure.

    You will also take responsibility for ensuring that the reporting and analytical needs of Fundraising are fully embedded and managed within the Analytics platform of choice as well as work as part of the Analytics project team to ensure both current and future needs of the Federation are met.

    To achieve this,

    you will possess broad experience of systems, infrastructure databases and languages as well as knowledge of the Microsoft Stack including 0365 toolsets and Sharepoint online. You will also have a good understanding of other digital technologies and tools and have proven experience of having worked on a digital transformation project.

    Your technical abilities will be complemented by excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as the capability to work collaboratively within a team environment and meet tight deadlines.
