A Medium Size Manufacturing Company Executive Assistant to GM Jobs in Kenya Requirements Diploma or degree in management or other related field.
Executive assistant will be responsible for all office administrative matters at the general managers office.
At least 5 years working experience doing office management, administrative assistant roles or personal assistant roles in a busy maufacturing company attending to general manager or ceo office
He/she will perform some of the following duties
managing gm diary and organizing meetings and appointments, organizing events and conferences that concerns the gm, typing, compiling and preparing reports for the gm, liasing with staff, suppliers and clients among other office management duties.
