  • Assist Executive Chef in Supervising Kitchen Activities to Achieve Maximum Guest Satisfaction.

  • Lead Kitchen Staff by Personally Participating in the Activities and Exhibiting Excelent Culinary Talent.

  • Handle All Guests Complains.

  • Ensure Food is Prepared as Per Recipe Cards and Maintain Portion Control.

  • Ensure Safe Use of Kitchen Equipments.

  • Develop Work Schedules/plans and Ensure They Are Followed.
