Deputy Chief of Party

Location: Juba, Sudan.

Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP) will be responsible for staff supervision, capacity building, mentoring and training, in addition to filling in for the Chief of Party as needed.


  • Minimum 8 years development and project management experience.
  • Prior experience as a Deputy Chief of Party or Team Leader desirable, particularly on USAID-funded projects.
  • Ability to back-stop technical teams in Monitoring and Evaluation and Communications.
  • Experience supervising a significant number of staff.
  • Experience in mentoring and developing the capacity of local staff.
