Significant personnel and financial management experience,
preferably in social marketing, commercial marketing, advertising, or
At least five years work experience in a developing country;
At least five years work experience managing programs related to
international health issues;
Relevant post-graduate degree (MBA, MIA, MPH, etc.) or equivalent
Familiarity with the international donor community; knowledge of
KfW, UNFPA, and USAID are advantageous;
Fluency in English and French, knowledge of Sango is advantageous.
The successful candidate will be a creative, innovative and strategic
thinker, and will have:
excellent communication, analytical,
organizational, interpersonal and cross-cultural skills;
interest in private sector approaches to development;
ability to produce results.
Preference will be given to candidates
with demonstrated fund raising ability, financial management, and
experience in developing the capacity of local staff.
