Community Driven Reconstruction Coordinator 

Location: Democratic Republic of the Congo. 

IRC (lead agency) and Care International are implementing a large scale CDR program in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

With a budget of 150 million USD, this 7 year program aims at helping over 2000 villages across eastern Congo rebuild their community and gain a better understanding of the positive values of good governance.


  • At least 3 years of project management experience supervising a team of at least 10 people.
  • A University degree demonstrating excellent academic achievement.
  • Previous experience with Civil Society or Community-Driven Development programming is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Quick thinker, creative.
  • Fluent in French; strong English skills an advantage.
