Brand/Product Development Manager
Stationed in Nairobi and reporting to the General Manager (AAR HS), this vacancy is open to Kenyan Nationals Only.
Develop and implement effective marketing support activities in collaboration with sales and other teams. This Includes coordination with advertising and other agencies (ATL / BTL) and suppliers.
Initiate/participate in development of new products and develop a business case if need be.
Develop, implement, train , monitor BLT activities.
Develop an understanding of business channels, consumer & buyer behaviors/insight.
Monitor competition and be pro-active in response to competition.
Develop marketing and other communication materials, and implement brand visibility in line with business plans.
Identify , implement and also recommend opportunities & initiatives relevant to the brand (incl. media and local events)
Develop marketing plans.
Continuously monitor business / brand performance and recommend corrective actions if needed.
2 years experience as Assistant Brand Manager / Brand/product manager /
Fluent in English
Communication support material
Excellent Team Player
