BPRM Tri-Counties Program Manager 

Location: Panyagor, Sudan

The BPRM Tri-Counties Program Manager (TPM) will be based in Panyagor with travel as needed to project field sites, Juba HQ and sub-office Duk Payuel.

The TPM at the request of and in coordination with the Country Director will oversee all program implementation oversight and technical support to the BPRM Tri-counties Program.


  • A B.S. in Agricultural Science and/or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in program management at the international NGO level.
  • Be of high-energy.
  • Self-initiating with strong organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and pay special attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of US Government compliance requirements is required.
  • Working knowledge of Sudan preferred.
  • Excellent English oral and written capacity required.

    The BPRM Tri-counties Program Manager reports directly to the IRD Sudan Country Director and works in close collaboration with the other IRD Sudan Program Managers and Finance Manager to ensure the proper implementation and conclusion of his/her respective program.
