The Assistant Country Director – Programmes in collaboration with the Country Director, is responsible for the ongoing programme planning, development and management of the GOAL Uganda Programme.


  • A minimum of five years as a senior field representative and overseas experience with humanitarian and development programmes at a senior management level.
  • A university degree in social sciences, development studies, engineering, livelihoods/food security.
  • Strong demonstrable experience in all aspects of project management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, motivational and management skills with extensive experience mentoring staff
