The Assistant Country Director Programmes (ACD-P) will lead the development of Concern Sierra Leone’s programmes and ensure the effective and professional management of programme implementation in line with CSP.

Person specification:

  • Third level qualification in development studies, social sciences or other related discipline.
  • At least five years (overseas) experience in similar or related senior management position.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills.
  • Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure often to strict deadlines.
