YMCA Restaurant Manager Jobs in Kenya


We are looking for a restaurant manager to fill the following vacancy that has come up at our Central Hostel in Nairobi

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the day to day operation of the restaurant to the satisfaction of guests

    Requirements

  • Should have good interpersonal and management skills:
  • Knowledge of food costing and cost controls
  • Excellent in service delivery, managing people and hands on;
  • Degree/Diploma in Hotel/Institution Management;
  • Should be proficient in hotel system;
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in a reputable busy Hotel as a Restaurant Manager:
