Undergraduate Scholarships for Medicine

I would like to know where and how one can get scholarship application forms to Medicine in the Caribbean or Russia/Ukraine. I have searched the internet left right and centre for the past two years but still there is nothing. I am an African male student, our country does not supply scholarships to study outside the country at the moment.
