Seeking Travel Grant to Attend West Africa Internet Governance Forum by: Victor Momoh, Freetown, Sierra Leone

I am a Sierra Leonean and have been invited by the West Africa Internet Governance from August 23
to 25 at the Sofitel Teranga, Dakar, under the auspices of the Senegalese Ministry of Information,
