SURVIVE-MIVA Grants

by Katy Newell-jones
(London, UK )

I am trying to find the Survive-Miva application form to apply for a vehicle grant for a small community and vocational training centre with whom Feed the Minds has been working for several years. I cannot find this form on your website and would be grateful if you could forward it to me.

****

As we are not the ones giving the grant, we have no right to distribute applications forms and we do not have them either. Follow the link that is provided at the end of scholarship page and get to the sponsors website, from there you can request for a from or rather apply online if possible.

pastoral assistance NEW
by: fr. joseph martin kibeti

Dear friends and the christians of st. paul cathedral church,
Am Fr. Joseph Martin Kibeti from Tororo Archdiocese, i was ordained a priest on 2/7/2011. and there after appointed to Sacred Heart Parish as a curate up to date. am also working as a care taker of st. anthony hospital, am also in charge of the youth and the schools in our deanery which covers four parishes. however, it has become extremely difficult to run over 20 primary schools, 12 secondary schools, 4 tertiary schools and over 50 outstations plus 2 other hospitals because of lack of transport since much of my pastoral work i do it on foot. this coupled with poverty and climatic changes have hindered my pastoral work horribly.
send my regards to all the parishioners of st. paul cathedral church. however, you can also use my postal address as follows;
FR. JOSEPH MARTIN KIBETI
SACRED HEART CATHOLIC CHURCH,
P.O BOX 164,
TORORO-UGANDA
i therefore request you kindly to help me with some financial support to purchase a car that in turn will help me do my pastoral ministry effectively.
Dear friends, i have written to you with confidence and trust, and if you helped me with 10,000 USA Dollars i will be able to add some local contribution which in turn will help me purchase a car.
Thank you so much in advance, waiting for your positive response.
and may the good Lord bless you abundantly.
i remain,
Fr. Joseph Martin kibeti

APPRECIATION NEW
by: Sr. Clare Migisha

I am very impressed by your intervention in order to enable us do our pastoral work in a better way by providing means of transport. Can you please send me your email address? I work as a missionary in the northern part of Uganda. I belong to the Missionary Sisters of Mary Mother of the Church and Iam involved in spreading awareness among our people in missions and schools about the evil of human trafficking. It has caused a lot of pain and anxiety among the poor whom unscrupulous people take advantage of under cover of sponsorship, employment opportunities etc. My email address is blessingsclare@gmail.com.For information about me i refer you to my bishop Rt. Rev. Joseph Franzelli. Bishop of Lira Diocese. Thank you.
