I am trying to find the Survive-Miva application form to apply for a vehicle grant for a small community and vocational training centre with whom Feed the Minds has been working for several years. I cannot find this form on your website and would be grateful if you could forward it to me. **** As we are not the ones giving the grant, we have no right to distribute applications forms and we do not have them either. Follow the link that is provided at the end of scholarship page and get to the sponsors website, from there you can request for a from or rather apply online if possible.
