1. Sales Representative (Cooking Stove) Vacancy in Ruiru, Kiambu


Our client, a well – established Manufacture of Cooking Stove is looking to recruit a Sales Representative.

Ruiru, Kiambu

The successful candidate MUST have experience handling Retail B2B Sales for products to distributors, Sacco, third party E-Commerce platforms and corporations.

Key Responsibilities;
  • Responsible for finding new lead generation.
  • Account management through regularly meeting with clients to strengthen relationships and introduce new products.
  • Client training of product and value position.
  • Consistently track sales performance, measure and analyse monthly sales performance.
  • Attend trainings and meeting in burn offices.

    Qualifications
  • Must apply with a detailed C.V demonstrating key achievements on sales target achieved.
  • Must have professional experience selling to wholesale consumer durable goods.
  • Must have a minimum of a diploma.
  • Candidates with excellent business contact will have an additional advantage.
  • Must be an extrovert with ability to work in a high pressure environment.
  • Ability to be a great networker and able to close deals at a high rate.
  • A natural sales person with an excellent track record.

    Monthly gross salary:Ksh. 70,000 – 90,000/= (Approx. 700 – 900 USD) Plus excellent commission structure

    Our client is one of the leading ethical clothing factories in the world. Garments produced by them have been worn by Michelle Obama on numerous occasions and their work is regularly featured in international publications.

    The organisation runs a charitable trust that provides women with practical skills needed to see sustainable improvement in their lives and lift themselves out of poverty.

    The Trust Project includes a sewing training facility, machine workspace and delivery of training programmes to 5 locations in the local community.

    They are currently seeking to recruit a Community Project Officer to deliver the trust projects.

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Logistics and administrative management of each training session
  • Work closely with the community elders and leaders to ensure engagement and commitment in our projects
  • Support training delivery partners
  • Marketing of the Road show and participant sign up
  • Management of funding and financial reporting
  • Report writing and impact assessment
  • Strategic thinking and implementation in order to improve the Trust’s services to the local community

    Qualifications:
  • Must have a relevant Bachelor’s degree.
  • Must have 3 yrs experience working on Community projects.
  • Must have experience in event planning from concept to completion.
  • Must be efficient at Time Management
  • Must have attention to details and be solution oriented.
  • Must have proven record of delivery f projects.

    Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 75,000/= – 80,000/= (Approx. 750 – 800 USD) depending on experience and qualifications.

    3. Marketing & Administrative Assistant Job in Kenya

    Our client, a luxury collection of lodges and tented camps is looking for a Marketing & Administrative Assistant to support the Marketing Manager in a traditional 360° marketing role in all areas within the company.

    He/she will be responsible for maintaining company websites, marketing, branding and social media platforms.

    He/She MUST have good knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Mail Chimp. Knowledge or willingness to learn Buteeq website platform, Res-Request reservations & CRM system, social media is an added advantage.

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure company websites are up-to-date and ‘fresh’ at all times with content.
  • Point person for website administration, trouble-shooting and development.
  • Support and contribute to all social media efforts.
  • Carry out industry/competitor analysis to define marketing strategy.
  • Key point person with content/data input responsibilities.
  • Provide administrative support and internal training to colleagues.
  • Effectively maintain and update of company drop boxes, image & collateral libraries.
  • Coordination of marketing-related travel, trade shows, and road show.
  • Appointments creation or update of supporting marketing material & collateral.
  • Trouble shooting of basic IT issues – preferable.

    Qualifications:
  • A degree in sales and marketing.
  • Excellent time management skills and be a self-starter.
  • Ability to take initiative and working well alone from a ‘TO DO’ list.
  • Remain calm under pressure and work well with shifting deadlines & priorities.
  • Be able to prioritise work and communicate effectively.
  • Have outstanding IT & CRM systems skills.

    Monthly gross salary: Ksh.30, 000 – 50,000/= (Approx. 300 – 300 USD) plus Medical & travel allowance
