Job Summary

To operate Central Control Room Radio and Alarm Monitoring Systems

Responsibilities

To operate the HF and VHF radio systems,telephone and computer terminals of the Central Control Room.

To monitor the security alarm receiver, interpret and record alarm activation and faults and record result of alarm responses.

To liaise with contact clients/key holders in connection with alarm activation

To call the emergency services when required.

To receive and record telephone messages,complaints and requests for company services.

To monitor and record the movement of company vehicles.

To make entries in the Occurrence Book.

To maintain records of assignments and prepare reports and returns as directed.

To maintain records of activation for each assignment and prepare reports and returns as directed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

Work experience: 2 years

Phone support; Customer support, CRM systems; Customer service; Customer relations; Conflict and complaint resolution; Call center management; Call center operation (customer support)

Thetechnical sales manager will predominately be selling a varitey of securitysolutions such as maintenance and small install works

for Fire Alarms, DisabledRefuge, Intruder Alarms, Access Control, Door Entry and CCTV systems, thesuccessful Sales representative will be selling to Mechanical & Electricalcontractors.

Responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree in Technology Engineering or equivalent.

At least 5 years’ hands on experience in technical sales of Fire & Security industry

Demonstrated track record of outstanding sales performance

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Result oriented, consistent and reliable.

Have a good client base with proven fire and security design and sales experience

Previous experience of the Fire and Security Industry Essential

Able to prepare quotes and costings from specifications and Tenders

Sales performance tracking and reporting; Sales management; Retail sales; Direct sales; Consumer sales (B2C); Business to Business (B2B) sales; After sales; Account management; Marketing; Business development
