Scolarship for Medicine Course

I am a student at Egerton university taking a diploma in clinical medicine and surgery,currently in my second year of study.

After completing the course in 2017,i would like to immediately enroll for a bachelor of medicine and bachelor of surgery course (mbchb) but i am not able to raise the school fees.

Can i get a sponsor,even if it will be an organisation for which i can work for after study for a given period of time?
