Scholarships in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Holland

I am a Kenyan male who has just finished undergraduate studies, waiting to graduate in June, 2008. I am interested in doing Masters in either Environmental Science, GIS, or Development Economics. I attained the upper second class. I have a passion for the above named countries, and I am interested to know whether they have this courses in English, and if there are scholarships available, since the economy here in Kenya is too harsh for those without money to continue with there studies, and also I very well know it is a challenge to study in the above named countries without money.Can any one or an organization please come to my rescue and make it possible for me to achieve my dream!! If only I can get this chance immediately so that I can begin my studies immediately, and finish my studies quickly, and then stand a better chance to contribute in rebuilding Kenya. I know something is going to be done. **** The countries no doubt have scholarships for English programs in the subjects you indicate.
