I would like to know if there are Organisations that considers University Part-Time Students for Scholarships. In other words, is a University Part-Time student eligible for a scholarship? **** Most of the Scholarships offered require that you have reached a certain level of education; diploma, degree etc. All you have to do is look for one that fits your level and time.
