Scholarship Qualification

I've been applying for scholarships but not even a single reply showing interest. Does this mean that all of us who apply don't qualify for all sort of scholarship they advertise? Since I've never seen even a single written document expressing views that he/she has been successful of winning a scholarship. What are the chance of Africans to qualify for such scholarships? I indeed have interest of applying but how can I make it? ***** Scholarship awards are only forwarded to qualified individuals. Most of them do contact successful candidates.
