PhD Human Rights

1.I have have just completed a Master of Arts program in Human Rights and would like to know how you can help me get a scholarship to pursue a PhD program in human rights law or human rights and development in 2009.

2. I am from a remote rural village in the northern region of Ghana. Despite my current education level and the fact that I am the District Director of one of the district offices of the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ) of Ghana, I still see many rural children do not have access to educational materials (books, computer literacy and the internet) and money to pay for higher education. How can you help me access educational materials-books and computers or grants to buy used computers for them, and scholarships for such poor and needy rural children.
