Master Scholarships Application and TOEFL, GRE or GMAT

by Victor
(Ojo, Lagos, Nigeria)

Why is it that most European universities requested for TOEFL, GRE or GMAT scores as one of their admission requirement after so many years of education in English language country (Nigeria).

I am a BSc holder in Economics wanted to do my Master programme in KU Leuven, Belgium but were requested for TOEFL, GRE or GMAT scores before I can be given admission.

It is possible to have the TOEFL admission requirement waived. all you need to do is to write to the university concerned and indicate that all your schooling has been in English.

GRE and GMAT tests measure other aspects of a students capability and are difficult to waive.
