Master of Public Health Scholarship

Am a female aged 26 years just finished a masters in population studies and am looking for a full scholarship to study public health abroad, to widen my knowledge on population and health. I have tried Erasmus Mundus but I was put in the reserve list hence my chances are low. How can I be successive for another application or the same scholarship in future.
