Project Summary: **
MSI is the lead implementer of USAID's E3 Analytics and Evaluation Project, which supports the design and implementation of rigorous evaluations for USAID's Bureau for Economic Growth, Education, and Environment.

Under this Project, MSI is conducting a final performance evaluation of the Partnership for Growth in Ghana. The Partnership for Growth (PfG) seeks to leverage United States government (USG) resources in support of a shared development program delivering accelerated, sustained, and broad-based economic growth in partner countries.

In March 2013, the USG and the government of Ghana signed a Joint Statement of Principles that targeted two primary constraints to economic growth in Ghana: unreliable and inadequate access to electrical power, and a lack of access to credit.

PfG employs a 'whole-of-government' approach that includes USAID, the U.S. Department of State (State), the US Department of Energy (DoE), and the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), as well as institutions from the host country government and private sectors to mitigate the effects of those currently binding constraints.

The evaluation will help to ensure that valuable experiences and insights from PfG implementation can be utilized in future development efforts, and that the accomplishments and lessons from PfG can be communicated to a wider audience.
