KenTrade Information Systems Security Officer Job in Kenya

Kenya Trade Network Agency (KenTrade) is a State Corporation under the National Treasury whose mandate is to implement, operationalize and manage the Kenya National Electronic Single Window System (Kenya TradeNet System) as well as Trade Facilitation.


To fulfil our mandate, we wish to engage suitably qualified candidates who meet the requirements of Chapter 6 of the Kenya Constitution for the following positions on temporary terms:

1. Kenya Trade Network Agency Change Management Officer Jobs

Reports to:
Assistant Manager Change Management Job

Description
The officer will:

1. Be responsible for ensuring stakeholders adopt and effectively use the TradeNet System by coordinating, developing, and executing the change management strategy and work plans.

2. Participate in the development and implementation of the agency's change management strategy.

3. Participate in the management of different stakeholders adoption strategies with the relevant organizations.

4. Execute change management work plan.

5. Analyze change management work-plan i.e. tasks & schedules.

6. Deliver stakeholder analysis and communicate programs to facilitate the execution of change initiatives.

7. Track and report change management deliverables.

8. Identify change resistance and devise a strategy for adoption.

9. Coordinate change management activities within the organization and support effective usage of new systems.

10. Develop change management budgets.

Qualifications
Academic & Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, social sciences, communication or a relevant field.
  • Member of a relevant professional body.

    Experience
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a service related role
  • Work exposure in a public institution desirable

    2. Kenya Trade Network Agency Customer Service Assistant Jobs

    Reports to:
    Customer Service Officer

    Duties and Responsibilities
    The officer will:
  • Assisting in the response to a variety of customer requests concerning the Single Window System at the various border/entry points.
  • Assist the customer service officers of the Agency at various border points/entry points.
  • Assist in development of the duty Station's Work plan and budget.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual sectional reports.
  • Document the handling of all Customers’ inquiries / complaints in the duty station.
  • Provide system support to Kenya TradeNet System users through telephone, email or site visits.
  • Draft records of customer interactions and transactions, record details of inquiries, comments, complaints, and of actions taken and forward to the Customer service officer for action.
  • Assist in the implementation of customer feedback
  • Undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required and which are consistent with the level of responsibility of this job role.

    Academic & Professional Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Communication /Social Sciences or Related field;

    Experience
  • At least 2 years of work experience in service industry
