Inquiry on PhD Scholarships

Dear Sir/Madam, I am Abebaw Yirga from Bahir Dar, Ethiopia. I am working as lecturer at Bahir Dar University and now looking to pursue my PhD at the University of Southern Queensland (USQ) - Australia . I have got the admission and scholarship that will cover living expenses. The scholarship does not cover tuition fee and overseas students health cover (OSHC). I cannot afford to pay for OSHC and the tuition fee (AUD 8,340) for a semester and the program takes six semester. Can you tell me possible funding organization? please help me.
