Sales and Marketing Manager Key responsibilities will include Revenue generation & Business DevelopmentBudgeting.Brand ManagementBuild strategic relationships with relevant stakeholdersPricingDesign, Implement and execute annual marketing plans for the companyPlan and administer the company’s Sales and Marketing Operations budget; support development of regional marketing budgetsPrepare and submit plans, budgets, progress and annual marketing development reportsBrand management so as to continually safeguard and increase the iWayAfrica brand equityAssist with and support firm’s involvement in various networks including coordinating Business Development and Marketing activities via these relationshipsAssist in developing a pricing strategy in order to help the company get the most profits while also making sure customers are satisfiedMonitor market trends and customer needs in order to determine when new products or services should be introducedWorking collaboratively with product development specialists to ensure that our products and services meet and exceed customer needsResponsible for working with public relations, promotion and advertising agencies in order to help promote the product or services and to attract new customersDeveloping Account management processes and procedures in line with the Company’s structureDeveloping a distributor channel for iWayAfrica products (including current dealers in outer regions)Be proactive in the development of a customer relationship management offering that will be enhancing the image of iWayAfrica in the marketPartner with relevant internal & external stakeholders, government and financial bodies, investors and local businesses to support & improve service delivery.Develop and increase market share and new brand awarenessImplement agreed business strategiesDevelop the understanding of client needs and tailor-make portfolios and solutions.Development of direct marketing, sales and CRM plans accelerating revenue growthBuild strong relationships with key clients and manage cost.Set up actionable sales and channel strategies.Staff management, motivation, training, recruitment and selection.Managed service levels to fulfill corporate and enterprise clients’ requirementsAnalyse sales statistics to determine business growth potentialResearch competitors' offerings and mitigate their impact on the companyImplement short- and long-term goals, objectives and operating proceduresProvide feedback to management regarding customer needs, market dynamics and competitive assessmentsPersons profile: Appropriate and relevant qualificationsA relevant post graduate qualification would be advantageousMust possess strong interpersonal skillsDemonstrable track record in similar or like environmentMust be in a possession of a valid passport.Will be required travel to countries on the continent and elsewherePossess at least a minimum of 8 years experience in a similar or like environmentBe able to work long productive hoursTarget driven and MUST meet monthly, and quarterly financial deliverablesA customer and employee centric focus is essentialA member of a relevant marketing bodyExcellent communication and presentation skillsGood negotiation and persuasion skills.Strong problem analysis, judgment and decision making skills.Ability to plan activities, meet assigned schedules and achieve planned targets/objectives.Must work well in a team environment.Enthusiastic, self-motivated, ‘can do' attitude – very goal orientated.Send CV to: hr-ke{at}iwayafrica.net referencing the position.
